Stephen Doddato began practicing law as an associate at a Manhattan law firm where he specialized in automobile liability, civil rights litigation, premises and municipal liability, construction accidents and general civil litigation. Since joining Mirotznik & Associates, LLC, Mr. Doddato has continued his personal injury practice while also focusing on criminal law including DWI, drug crimes, theft crimes and other misdemeanors and felonies.
Stephen is a vigorous advocate for his clients. Since his admission to the bar, he has been handling complex police litigation, construction accidents and other high profile cases that are continuously in the news. He has won countless appeals and motions, and has favorably resolved numerous cases for his clients. Specifically, Stephen has been involved in the complex litigation and resolution of seven and eight figure cases.
Stephen received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 2006 from Indiana University and his Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School in 2010. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. Stephen is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the United States District Court, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
